Training at Le Cordon Bleu Japan, our executive chef, Debbie Yeh developed a style of cooking that combines Asian flavours and western techniques. Using natural, unprocessed ingredients, colorful presentation, a variety of tastes and innovative techniques, she creates tasty, healthy and balanced meals at One Bowl.
